Retired Army combat veteran, Kathy is a nonproft founder and leader with a Master's in Business Administration and is currently a PHD candidate at Liberty University with studies in Theology. A native northerner who loves all things yellow.
With over 10 years experiance in office management and administration, Tierra has an amazing ability of making the priofessional lives of others organized and easier. As a survivor of domestic violence herself, she has a deep passion for advocating for other women with shared experiences of survival. She hopes to one day become a peer counselor. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and watching romantic comedies.
Discaimer: Due to Tierra being a survivor of domestic violence and has since relocated and reestablishing her life since her release from prison, her picture will not be used.

Sharon Sadler, Birmingham (AL)

A community leader and advocate with a knack for health and nutrition. Sharon is a newlywed enjoying marriage and life with her husband Rob and her blended family of 7. She is a grandmother and great grandmother. She is employed with the University of Alabama’s Health Services Foundation as a Medical Office Specialist assisting 6 physicians. Aside from her volunteerism with NewLife-Second Chance Outreach, Inc., she serves on the board of directors of the Kingston Coalition and the Feed My Sheep Outreach, is a mentor for the Offender Alumni Association’s Heroes in the Hood program and the Dream Girls Academy.
In her spare time, she enjoys speaking on health and nutrition, reading, writing and spending time with her family.
