With over 10 years experiance in office management and administration, Tierra has an amazing ability of making the priofessional lives of others organized and easier. As a survivor of domestic violence herself, she has a deep passion for advocating for other women with shared experiences of survival. She hopes to one day become a peer counselor. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and watching romantic comedies.

Sharon Sadler, Birmingham (AL)

A community leader and advocate with a knack for health and nutrition. Sharon is a newlywed enjoying marriage and life with her husband Rob and her blended family of 7. She is a grandmother and great grandmother. She is employed with the University of Alabama’s Health Services Foundation as a Medical Office Specialist assisting 6 physicians. Aside from her volunteerism with NewLife-Second Chance Outreach, Inc., she serves on the board of directors of the Kingston Coalition and the Feed My Sheep Outreach, is a mentor for the Offender Alumni Association’s Heroes in the Hood program and the Dream Girls Academy.  

 

In her spare time, she enjoys speaking on health and nutrition, reading, writing and spending time with her family.

Quiet and soft spoken but a mighty force to be reckoned with. Andez states that his dedication to the mission of NewLife-Second Chance is “rooted in my own struggles with the legal system when I was 17 years old, and the lengthy battle of transitioning back into society”. He believes that his personal life experience enables him to find common ground with those he serves as well as proof that a productive life can be achieved post-release. Cheryl Strobridge, Augusta (GA)

Loyal, dependable and a great asset to any team she joins, Cheryl, affectionately known as “Shae”, is a Program Facilitator and licensed Master Cosmetologist. As a facilitator she plans and coordinates the execution of program projects, initiatives, curricula and activities for youth.  She also fosters relationships with school/site administrators and teaching staff. As an esthetician she detects skin problems by analyzing the skin and performs body treatments for males and females to include full body hair removal and facials. 

 

She is passionate about helping others look and feel great and being a voice for the often unheard and ignored voices of the incarcerated.

Kevin is a native of the Maryland, Virginia and D.C. areas. He is the owner of Affordable Living Alliance, LLC., a Douglasville, GA housing program. He is a recent graduate of Project Restart, an Atlanta based entrepreneurship training program that funds new businesses for formerly incarcerated individuals. Kevin strives for excellence and believes that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.  His favorite quote is “If not you, who? If not now, when?”
