2023 Annual Impact Report

  • In partnership with Redemption & Advancement, we launched an online 40 hr development and entrepreneurship program (R.O.C.C.) for formerly incarcerated individuals. 
  • We launched a holiday mutual aid program and assisted justice involved head of households with grocery and utility assistance. 
  • We partnered with the HOAPE Coalition, a Georgia based coalition led by four Black formerly incarcerated women leaders, to engage, educate and build the power of Georgia voters, including those impacted by a criminal record.

September 2023- $2,500. Southern Poverty Law Center (unrestricted) 

October 2023- $8,000. FICPFM GOTV & Voter Engagement Activities. 

December 2023- $50,000. Heising-Simons Foundation & A New Way of Life. 2024 voter education, engagement and capacity building activities throughout the state via our collaboration with HOAPE.

Donations increased by 700%!

  • $35,072 worth of inkind services were donated 
    • 1,040 in-kind volunteer hours
    • $2,000 in kind professional/consulting services 
  • Donations from 28 new private donors and 13 new recurring donors were received


Received our 7th annual proclamation from Georgia Governor

In July 2023, Georgia's Governor honored our 7th proclamation request to honor July as reentry awareness month throughout the state of Georgia.

Connected Justice Impacted Georgians to critical resources

  • Over 350 resource emails went out to Georgians impacted by a criminal conviction. 25 (with felonies) gained employment from those emails, 17 (with felonies) obtained shelter, housing or other rental/mortgage assistance 2 received a pardon and 6 (with felonies) started new businesses
