Our Compliance Documents

To ensure compliance, a Georgia nonprofit needs to file Articles of Incorporation, annual reports, and maintain records of financial transactions, board meeting minutes, and policies. 2025 990

IRS Form 990, a financial and operational "x-ray" of an organization, is an annual informational return that tax-exempt organizations must submit to the Internal Revenue Service. Unlike for-profit businesses, nonprofits do not use it to calculate income taxes; instead, it details the organization's revenue, spending, executive compensation, programs, and governance to maintain federal tax-exempt status. Because we normally receive less than $50,000 a year in revenue, we file the 990 N.
