2023 Annual Impact Report
Just a few highlights of our impact thanks to YOUR support:
- $60, 500 were received in grants
- $35,072 worth of in-kind services were donated (1,040 in- kind volunteer hours & $2,000 in-kind professional/consulting services)
- Welcomed three new board members
- Donations from 28 new private donors and 13 new recurring donors were received
- Over 350 resource emails went out to Georgians impacted by a criminal conviction
- 22 (with felonies) gained employment from those emails
- 14 (with felonies) obtained shelter, housing or other rental/mortgage assistance
- 1 individual received a pardon
- 6 (with felonies) started new businesses
- We received our 6th proclamation from Georgia's Governor to honor July as Reentry Awareness Month throughout the state in which we hosted several inspiring and educational events
- In partnership with Redemption & Advancement we launched an online 40 hr development and entrepreneurship program (R.O.C.C.) for formerly incarcerated individuals.
- We partnered with the HOAPE Coalition, a Georgia based coalition led by four Black formerly incarcerated women leaders, to engage, educate and build the power of Georgia voters, including those impacted by a criminal record.
